DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Amending Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decision No. 166/2004/QĐ-BCN dated December 8, 2004
of the Minister of Industry regarding the transformation of Haiphong Glass Company
into Beer-Wine-Distilled Beverages Packaging Joint Stock Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Considering the proposal of Hanoi Beer-Wine-Distilled Beverages Corporation (Document No. 102/CV-TCKT-1 dated March 25, 2004);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Clause 1 of Article 1 of Decision No. 166/2004/QĐ-BCN dated December 8, 2004 of the Minister of Industry regarding the transformation of Haiphong Glass Company into Beer-Wine-Distilled Beverages Packaging Joint Stock Company as follows:
"1. Registered capital structure:
The charter capital of the joint stock company is 20,000,000,000 Vietnamese dong (Twenty billion Vietnamese dong). Of which:
- State shareholding ratio: 68.95%;
- Shareholding ratio sold to employees within the company: 23.35%;
- Shareholding ratio sold outside the company: 7.70%.
The value of one share: 100,000 Vietnamese dong."
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Hanoi Beer-Wine-Distilled Beverages Corporation, Director of Haiphong Glass Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of Beer-Wine-Distilled Beverages Packaging Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
