BASED ON DECREE 54/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 19, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND DECREE 28/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE.

Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ON THE RECOGNITION OF CAPACITY FOR TESTING MEASURING INSTRUMENTS ARE ANNEXED HERETO.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECISION NO. 29/2002/QĐ-BKHCNMT OF MAY 17, 2002 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (NOW THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY).
Article 3. THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE, THE PROVINCE AND CITY BRANCHES OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
