REGARDING THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY LABOR STANDARDS FOR FOREST HARVEST DESIGN AND REVIEW OF FOREST HARVEST DESIGN

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Agreement No. 1110/LDTBXH dated April 19, 2005 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the agreement on labor standards for forest harvest design and review of forest harvest design;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Forest Department and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,

Article 1. This Decision annexes the temporary labor standards for forest harvest design and review of forest harvest design (to be applied temporarily).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department, the Director of the Forest Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-administered cities, the forest owners, the consulting units for forest harvest design, and the Heads of units related to this Decision under the Ministry are responsible for its implementation.
