THE MINISTER OF TRADE
On the basis of Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
On the basis of Decree No. 116/2005/ND-CP dated September 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Competition Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 05/2006/ND-CP dated January 9, 2006 of the Government regarding the establishment and stipulation of the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Competition Council;
On the basis of Decree No. 06/2006/ND-CP dated January 9, 2006 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Competition Administration Department;

Article 1. Attached hereto are models for Decisions on handling competition cases, including:
1. Model Decision on handling competition cases by the Director of the Competition Administration Department.
2. Model Decision on handling competition cases by the Competition Case Handling Council.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Competition Administration Department, the Chairman of the Competition Council, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
