Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 203/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government stipulating the minimum wage level;
Pursuant to Decree No. 204/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on the Salary System for Civil Servants, Public Officials, and Military Personnel;
Pursuant to Decree No. 205/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government stipulating the wage scale and wage system and the allowance regime in state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2006 of the Government on adjusting the general minimum wage level;
Based on the opinions of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the allowance system for occupations or jobs under the natural resources and environment sector as stated in Circular No. 2947/BNV-TL dated October 5, 2005; and the agreement of the Ministry of Finance on issuing the Code of Unit Prices for Geological Works Budget Estimates as stated in Circular No. 13911/BTC-HCSN dated November 8, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, the Organization and Cadre Department, and the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Code of Unit Prices for Geological Works Budget Estimates (based on a minimum wage of 450,000 VND/month, excluding depreciation of fixed assets).
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, the Heads of the Departments of Planning and Finance, Science and Technology, Organization and Cadre, Legal Affairs, and the Heads of subordinate units related to the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
