THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
On the basis of the Fisheries Law 2003;
On the basis of Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Department.

Article 1. The attached Decision hereby promulgates the Management Regulations for Fish Landing Ports, Fish Wharfs, and Fishing Vessel Mooring Areas for Typhoon Sheltering.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and revoke Decision No. 988/2000/QĐ-BTS dated November 20, 2000 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources on the issuance of the Management Regulations for the Organization and Operation of Fish Landing Port Management Boards.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Inspection Department of the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities; Heads of units and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
