TCXDVN 373: 2006 "Guidelines for assessing the level of danger of building structures"
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
