THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government on the organization, tasks, and powers of market management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 27/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government on the organization, tasks, and powers of market management;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Market Management Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Internal Inspection Regulations for the enforcement of laws in the activities of administrative inspection and handling of administrative violations by market management forces attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Market Management Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Industry and Trade, and Chiefs of Provincial Market Management Branches directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
