Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for associate degree vocational education;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for associate degree vocational education in the profession
"Hotel Services";
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for associate degree vocational education for the profession: "Hotel Services";
Based on the aforementioned framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and associate degree vocational training shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and associate degree vocational training for the profession "Hotel Services," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
