Repeals Decision No. 28/2007/QĐ-BYT dated May 10, 2007 of the Minister of Health stipulatingthe maximum price for certain quantities of whole blood and blood products meeting standards

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
||| Based on the Law on Legislative Acts of 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance of the Ministry of Health,
Article 1. Repeals Decision No. 28/2007/QĐ-BYT dated May 10, 2007 of the Minister of Health stipulating the maximum price for certain quantities of whole blood and blood products meeting standards.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 5, 2010.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Departments of Planning and Finance, Health Insurance, and Legal Affairs; the Directors of the Agencies of Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Services Management, Medicines Administration, and HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Health, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
