Regarding the issuance of the Operating Regulations for Phú Quốc Island and the Nam An Thới Archipelago, Kiên Giang Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 108/2006/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Investment Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operating Regulations for Phú Quốc Island and the Nam An Thới Archipelago, Kiên Giang Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2010.
The Operating Regulations for Phú Quốc Island and the Nam An Thới Archipelago, Kiên Giang Province issued together with this Decision replace the Operating Regulations issued together with Decision No. 38/2006/QĐ-TTg dated February 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kiên Giang Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
