Issuing "National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety for Electric Welding Machines and Electric Welding Work"
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;
Based on Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;
Following the review opinion of the Ministry of Science and Technology in Document No. 346/BKHCN-TDC, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs issues National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety for Electric Welding Machines and Electric Welding Work as follows:
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on Occupational Safety for Electric Welding Machines and Electric Welding Work.
Designation: QCVN 3: 2011/BLDTBXH
Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
