Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2008 of the Government on unmanned aircraft and ultralight aircraft management; Decision No. 391/QĐ-TTg dated May 16, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Project for the establishment of the Aviation Club and the Maritime Club;
Considering the proposal of the General Chief of Staff;
The Minister of National Defense hereby decides.
Article 1. The Aviation Club of Vietnam Management Regulation is hereby issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 15, 2014. The Decision No. 110/2007/QĐ-BQP dated July 11, 2007 of the Minister of National Defense promulgating the Aviation Club Management Regulation is hereby repealed.
Article 3. The General Chief of Staff, Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Military Region, Heads of agencies, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
