On Electrical Systems for Residential and Public Buildings

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Considering the proposal by the Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment,

 The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to promulgate National Technical Regulation No. QCVN 12:2014/BXD regarding "Electrical Systems for Residential and Public Buildings."

Article 1. This Decision annexes the National Technical Regulation on "Electrical Systems for Residential and Public Buildings," code number QCVN 12:2014/BXD.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2015.

Article 3. The Minister of Construction, Heads of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
