Issuing "QuTECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR FISHING BOATS

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR FISHING BOATS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR FISHING BOATS.
REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 02-21: 2015/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 1, 2015.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT’S AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS, AND ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
