DECREE
Issuing the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam Chemical Corporation
On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
On the basis of pursuant to the Enterprise Law November 26, 2014;
On the basis of Law on Management and Use of State Capital for Investment in Production and Business at Enterprises November 26, 2014;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
The Government issues the Decree on the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam Chemical Corporation.
Article 1. Attached to this Decree is the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam Chemical Corporation.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decree No. 190/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 21, 2013 issued by the Government on the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam Chemical Corporation.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under central city administrations, Chairmen of the Board of Directors, General Directors of Vietnam Chemical Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
