CIRCULAR
Issuing regulations onthe minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that
students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and higher vocational levels
in fields related to business, management, and law
Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1982/QD-TTg dated October 18, 2016 of the Prime Minister approving the National Qualifications Framework of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated April 20, 2017 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and higher vocational levels;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Education Department,
guiding the implementation of the provisions on unit price of wage packages, actual wage fund of employees, and Management Board stipulated in Article 7 and Article 8 Article 24stipulates the minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and higher vocational levels in fields related to business, management, and law.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and higher vocational levels in fields related to business, management, and law to be applied to intermediate vocational schools, higher vocational schools, and universities offering higher vocational programs (hereinafter referred to as schools), including:
1. Field, occupation: Sales Management;
2. Field, occupation: Administrative Logistics;
3. Field, occupation: Finance - Banking;
4. Field, occupation: Warehouse Management;
5. Field, occupation: Building Management;
6. Field, occupation: Legal Services.
Article 2. The Director General of the Vocational Education Department shall issue detailed guidelines on the minimum amount of knowledge and requirements for competence that students must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and higher vocational levels for each job position according to the fields and occupations specified in Article 1 of this Circular for schools to use as a basis for organizing the development, review, and approval of training programs and teaching materials applicable to their institutions.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from February 6, 2020.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, political and social organizations, provincial People's Committees directly under the central government with affiliated schools; schools registered to operate vocational education at the intermediate and higher vocational levels for the fields and occupations specified in Article 1, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
