ISSUING REGULATIONS ON COOPERATION BETWEEN ENTERPRISES RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS
AND AUTHORITIES PERFORMING SPECIALIZED STATE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS IN THE AVIATION SECTOR AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE
AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Decree No. 66/2015/NĐ-CP dated August 12, 2015, issued by the Government on Civil Aviation Authority;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/2018/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2018 of the Government stipulating the management, use, and exploitation of aviation infrastructure assets;

THESE REGULATIONS ON COOPERATION BETWEEN ENTERPRISES RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETSAND AUTHORITIES PERFORMING SPECIALIZED STATE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS IN THE AVIATION SECTOR ARE ISSUED.
The Minister of Transport issuesATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE REGULATIONS ON COOPERATION BETWEEN ENTERPRISES RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AIRPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS AND AUTHORITIES PERFORMING SPECIALIZED STATE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS IN THE AVIATION SECTOR IN THE MANAGEMENT, USE, AND EXPLOITATION OF ASSETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH. AND AUTHORITIES PERFORMING SPECIALIZED STATE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS IN THE AVIATION SECTOR vớTHIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM NOVEMBER 10, 2021. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE VIETNAM AIRPORTS CORPORATION - CPTP, AND THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./. the specialized state administration in civil aviation.
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the Regulation on coordination between enterprises entrusted with managing air transport infrastructure assets and specialized state administrative agencies in the management, use, and exploitation of such assets as prescribed.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 10, 2021.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the General Director of Vietnam Airports Holding Corporation - CPTP, and Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
