SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Issuing Technical and Economic Standards for Land Resource Monitoring
Pursuant to the Law on Land dated November 29, 2013;
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/2022/NĐ-CP of September 22, 2022 promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Land Administration Department, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment hereby issues this Circular on Technical and Economic Standards for Land Resource Monitoring.
Article 1.
This Circular promulgates the Technical and Economic Standards for Land Resource Monitoring attached hereto. Article 2.
This Circular takes effect from February 6, 2023 Article 3.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under the central government, units of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
