DECISION
Issuing the Regulations on Management, Operation and Utilization of the Information System for Managing Programs to Draft Regulatory Documents AND Exploitation of the Information System for Managing Programs to Draft Regulatory Documents
BASED ON THE ORGANIZATION LAW OF THE GOVERNMENT NO. 63/2025/QH15;
BASED ON THE LAW ON CYBERSECURITY NO. 24/2018/QH14;
BASED ON THE LAW ON
CYBERSECURITY
BASED ON DECREE NO. 278/2025/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MANDATORY CONNECTION AND DATA SHARING AMONG ORGANIZATIONS IN THE POLITICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM; BASED ON
DECREE NO. 64/2007/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE ORGANIZATIONS;
ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE;
THE PRIME MINISTER ISSUES THIS DECISION ON THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT, OPERATION AND UTILIZATION OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING PROGRAMS TO DRAFT REGULATORY DOCUMENTS.
ARTICLE 1. The Regulations on Management, Operation and Utilization of the Information System for Managing Programs to Draft Regulatory Documents are annexed hereto.
ARTICLE 2. This Decision shall come into force from the date of issuance.
