DECREE
No. 20 dated February 6, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS the Financial Control Bureau no longer has any reason to exist after the colonial regime of France in Vietnam has been abolished,
AT THE REQUEST OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE;
AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The Financial Control Bureau is hereby dissolved.
Article 2: All personnel and assets (movable and immovable property) of the said bureau shall be incorporated into the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3: THE MINISTER OF FINANCE SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECREE.
