PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Law No. 102-SL/L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations; Pursuant to Directive No. 1-CT dated January 5, 1989 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister) on the management of organizations and activities of mass associations;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Federation of Friendship Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1.- Permission is granted to dissolve the Vietnam-Czechoslovak Friendship Association and establish the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Association and the Vietnam-Slovakia Friendship Association.
Article 2.- The Vietnam-Czech Friendship Association and the Vietnam-Slovakia Friendship Association shall bear all costs and means for their operations.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. The Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Friendship Organizations and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
