JOINT MINISTRY DECREE OF THE NATIONAL PRICING COMMISSION - MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES
NO. 20/VGNN-TL/TT DATE JULY 5, 1985 REGULATING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE NATIONAL PRICING COMMISSION - MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES IS AUTHORIZED TO DETERMINE PRICES AND
MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES DETERMINES PRICES
Pursuant to Decree No. 33-HĐBT dated February 27, 1984 of the Council of Ministers promulgating the Regulations on Price Management; hereby the joint ministries stipulate the list of products and services for which the National Pricing Commission - Ministry of Water Resources is authorized to determine prices as follows:
I. LIST OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE NATIONAL PRICING COMMISSION DETERMINES PRICES.
1. Determine wholesale prices of enterprises, industrial wholesale prices, and wholesale material prices (if applicable) for the following products produced by enterprises (facilities) under the Ministry of Water Resources:
- Chain for tractor C.100, T 100M and chain parts
- Hand winch 3 tons,
- Electric winch 6 tons,
- Roller 3 tons,
- Bucket D 271, bucket 07-28,
- Concrete sprayer,
- Base beam,
- Light buoy,
- Various types of gravel, sand, and pebbles.
2. Determine the circulation discount rate for materials throughout the industry for companies under the Ministry of Water Resources.
II. LIST OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES DETERMINES PRICES
1. Determine wholesale enterprise prices, industrial wholesale prices, and wholesale material prices (if applicable) for products produced by enterprises (facilities) under the Ministry of Water Resources, excluding those products listed in point 1 of Section I of this Joint Ministry Circular.
2. Determine repair and assembly service prices for the following machinery and equipment.
a) Major and intermediate repairs of tractors C 100, T 100M Fiat, bulldozers DT-75, mud suction boats HB16, French and Czechoslovakian mud suction boats; pumps (motor + electrical part); various types of automobiles.
b) Restoration of various types of pumps.
c) Assembly of pumps, assembly of hydraulic structures.
3. Based on the circulation discount rate for materials throughout the industry determined by the National Pricing Commission, determine the circulation discount rate for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and other materials that the Ministry trades.
During production and business operations, if new products arise or price determination authority needs to be changed, the joint ministries will continue to supplement accordingly.
