DECISION NO. 200/2000/QĐ-BTC OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON DECEMBER 18, 2000 ABOLISHING THE AMOUNT OF FEES FOR QUOTA EXPORT LICENSES FOR TEXTILE AND GARMENT PRODUCTS TO THE EU AND CANADA FOR CERTAIN ITEMS

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies equivalent to ministries;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After considering the opinions of the Joint Ministry of Trade - Planning and Investment - Industry (Circular No. 3611/TM-XNK dated October 13, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation,

DECISION:

Article 1: Abolishes the amount of fees for quota export licenses for textile and garment products to the EU and Canada as stipulated in Decision No. 99/1999/QĐ-BTC dated August 27, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance for the following items:

1. Towel (category 9)

9. Synthetic fabric (category 35)

2. Underwear (category 13)

10. Tablecloth (category 39)

3. Men's jacket (category 14)

11. Synthetic yarn (category 41)

4. Pajama set (category 18)

12. Children's clothing (category 68)

5. Bed sheet (category 20)

13. Workwear (category 76)

6. Jacket (category 21)

14. Yarn net (category 97)

7. Women's Ao Dai (category 26)

15. Linen tablecloth (category 118)

8. Knitted trousers (category 28)

16. Rough fabric clothing (category 161)

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2001

Article 3: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
