DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the issuance of regulations on the examination and recognition of Professor and Associate Professor academic titles
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Academic Council;
DECISION:
Article 1. - The accompanying Decision hereby promulgates the Regulations on the examination and recognition of Professor and Associate Professor academic titles.
Article 2. - This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Chairman of the State Academic Council is responsible for guiding the implementation of these Regulations.
Article 3. - Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
