REGARDING THE INCREASE OF SALARY GRADE FOR THE YEAR 1994

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government on the new salary system for civil servants and employees;

Pursuant to Circular No. 09/TCCP-VC dated January 9, 1995 of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government guiding the salary increase system for the year 1994 for civil servants and administrative employees;

Pursuant to Circular No. 645/TC-TW dated December 13, 1993 of the Central Organization Board stipulating the temporary delegation of authority to decide salaries for civil servants and employees;

Considering the criteria and years of holding the salary grade of civil servants and employees;

At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Training Department and the Director of the Institute of Finance Science.

Article 1: Increase the salary grade for Mr. Tran Duc Que - Deputy Director of the Institute of Finance Science, rank 01002 from grade 5/9 with coefficient 4.47 to grade 6/9 with coefficient 4.75 effective from January 1, 1995.

Article 2: The next salary grade increase review period shall be calculated from January 1, 1994.

Article 3: The Directors of the Personnel and Training Department, the Financial Affairs Management Department, the Director of the Institute of Finance Science, and Mr. Tran Duc Que are responsible for implementing this decision.
