equipment, materials, and substances with strict requirements for labor safety
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Code on labor safety and hygiene; Decree No. 110/2002/ND-CP of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 of the Government;
Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2003/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 3, 2003 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs providing guidance on registration and inspection procedures for various types of machines, equipment, materials, and substances with strict requirements for labor safety;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Labor Safety,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the technical safety inspection procedures for various types of machines, equipment, materials, and substances with strict requirements for labor safety as follows:
1. Steam boilers, hot water boilers - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 01 - 2005);
2. Pressure vessels - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 02 - 2005);
3. Refrigeration systems - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 03 - 2005);
4. Steam and hot water pipelines - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 04 - 2005);
5. Gas cylinders - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 05 - 2005);
6. Gas production and filling systems - Technical Inspection Procedure (QTKĐ 06 - 2005);
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Directors of the Technical Safety Inspection Centers under Ministries, sectors, and provinces directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
