Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2005/ND-CP dated April 25, 2005 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of normative legal documents;

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision are the "Regulations on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents within the Authority of the General Inspectorate".
