Pursuant to the Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Based on the letter dated February 10, 1995, from the FUBON Fire Insurance Company inviting Bao Viet staff to attend the seminar.
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Personnel and Training Department Director,

Article 1: Assign Mr. Pham Truong Khe, Deputy Head of the Non-Marine Insurance Department at the Saigon Insurance Company, to attend the seminar on Non-Life Insurance in Taiwan from April 17 to April 22, 1995.
