REGARDING THE ADMISSION OF CIVIL SERVANTS

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Pursuant to Decision No. 902A/MPT-TCCB dated July 4, 1994 of the General Director of the General Corporation of Machinery and Spare Parts on the transfer of cadres;

At the proposal of the Head of the Accounting System Department, the Head of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

Article 1: Admitting Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ty, formerly Assistant to the General Director of the General Corporation of Machinery and Spare Parts under the Ministry of Trade, to work at the Accounting System Department - Ministry of Finance, effective from August 1, 1994.

Article 2: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ty shall be classified at the level of Senior Specialist Grade 4/9 with a factor of 4.19 as of August 1, 1994.

Article 3: The Heads of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Accounting System Department, the Financial Management and Administration Department, and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Ty are responsible for implementing this decision./.
