DECISION
Regarding the assignment of the task of training master's degree candidates
for Ho Chi Minh City Open University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 9077/DH&SDH dated September 12, 2003,

Article 1. Assigning the task of training master's degree candidates to Ho Chi Minh City Open University; the Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific majors for training.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Rector of Ho Chi Minh City Open University are responsible for implementing this Decision.
