PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 7772/DH&SDH dated September 1, 2004.
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training at the doctoral level to the Institute of Nutrition - Ministry of Health;
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall consider and specify the specific fields of training for the Institute of Nutrition - Ministry of Health.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Director of the Institute of Nutrition - Ministry of Health are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
