Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005 and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1230/QĐ-TTg dated September 9, 2008 on the establishment of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand for the 2008-2015 Period and Decision No. 60/QĐ-TTg dated January 13, 2010 on the replacement of the Deputy Chairman in charge of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand for the 2008-2015 Period issued by the Prime Minister.
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training at Circular No. 6473/BGDĐT-TCCB dated October 8, 2010 regarding changes to members of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Bui Van Ga, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, as the Deputy Chairman in charge of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand for the 2008-2015 Period (established according to Decision No. 1230/QĐ-TTg dated September 9, 2008 and Decision No. 1603/QĐ-TTg dated November 10, 2008 of the Prime Minister) to replace Mr. Pham Vu Luan, Minister of Education and Training (appointed as Deputy Chairman in charge of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand for the 2008-2015 Period according to Decision No. 60/QĐ-TTg dated January 13, 2010 of the Prime Minister).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of the National Steering Committee for Training According to Social Demand for the 2008-2015 Period, and those named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
