DECREE
REGARDING THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE ELECTRIC POWER LAW 2004 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER LAW 2012;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 99/2012/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 15, 2012 ON THE DELEGATION AND DECENTRALIZATION OF RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STATE OWNER TOWARDS STATE ENTERPRISES AND STATE CAPITAL INVESTED IN ENTERPRISES;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
THE GOVERNMENT ISSUES THIS DECREE ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECREE ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 3, 2014.
ABOLISH THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 857/QĐ-TTg OF JUNE 6, 2011 BY THE PRIME MINISTER AND OTHER PRIOR PROVISIONS THAT CONTRADICT THIS DECREE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT, CHAIRS OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, CHAIRS OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, AND GENERAL DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM ELECTRICITY CORPORATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECREE./.
