Decision No. 2053/QD-BTC amends and supplements Decision No. 1027/QD-BTC of 2010 on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Customs Department of provinces, inter-provincial areas, and centrally governed cities. THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 02/2010/QĐ-TTg dated January 15, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1027/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Customs Departments of provinces, inter-provincial areas, and centrally governed cities under the General Department of Customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director-General of the General Department of Customs and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish an additional "Risk Management Office" at the following Customs Departments:
1. Da Nang City Customs Department.
2. Dong Nai Province Customs Department.
3. Quang Ninh Province Customs Department.
4. Lang Son Province Customs Department.
5. Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province Customs Department.
6. Binh Duong Province Customs Department.
Article 2. Transfer the Quang Ngai Province Customs Department from the group of Customs Departments specified in Point 1.6, Clause 1, Article 3 to the group of Customs Departments specified in Point 1.5, Clause 1, Article 3 of Decision No. 1027/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance; simultaneously establish an additional "Risk Management Office" at the Quang Ngai Province Customs Department.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director-General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units subordinate to the General Department of Customs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
