Amending and supplementing Decision No. 1018/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Departments and Offices under the General Department of Customs Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to Decision No. 02/2010/QD-TTg dated January 15, 2010 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs under the Ministry of Finance;

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decision No. 1018/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Departments and Offices under the General Department of Customs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department,
Amending and supplementing Article 7 of the provisions on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Departments and Offices under the General Department of Customs issued together with Decision No. 1018/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance as follows:
"Article 7. Organizational Structure
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. The International Cooperation Department has the following divisions:
b) Division for International Cooperation and Integration.
2. The Legal Affairs Department has the following divisions:
a) General Department;
a) Policy Law Division;
b) Litigation and Prosecution Division;
c) Inspection and Legal Support Division for Customs.
3. The Organization and Cadres Department has the following divisions:
b) Cadre Management Division;
c) Awards and Honors Division.
a) General Department;
4. The Financial and Administrative Management Department has the following divisions:
a) Planning and Finance Division;
b) Basic Construction Management Division;
c) Asset Management Division;
d) Technical Management Division.
5. The Office has the following divisions:
b) Administrative Division;
c) Financial and Administrative Management Division;
a) General Department;
d) Representative Office of the General Department of Customs in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Office of the General Department of Customs and the Representative Office of the General Department of Customs in Ho Chi Minh City shall have their own seals and be allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury in accordance with the law.
Specific tasks of the Divisions and the Representative Office of the General Department of Customs in Ho Chi Minh City shall be stipulated by the Director General of the General Department of Customs."
This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units under and affiliated with the General Department of Customs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
The specific tasks of the Departments and Representatives of the General Department of Customs Office in Ho Chi Minh City shall be prescribed by the Director of the General Department of Customs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Office, and the Heads of units under the General Department of Customs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
