THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department,
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Supplementing the "Drug Control Division" to the organizational structure of the Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department as stipulated in Article 3 of Decision No. 1016/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department under the General Department of Customs.
The specific tasks of the Drug Control Division shall be prescribed by the Director General of the General Department of Customs.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units under and affiliated with the General Department of Customs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
DECISION:
Article 1. Add "Drug Control Department" to the organizational structure of the Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department as prescribed in Article 3 of Decision No. 1016/QD-BTC dated May 11, 2010 of the Minister of Finance on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department under the General Department of Customs.
The specific tasks of the Drug Control Department shall be defined by the Director of the General Department of Customs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the General Department of Customs, the Head of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units under the General Department of Customs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
