MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Based on Decree No. 132/2013/ND-CP dated October 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control; Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announced with this Decision are new administrative procedures issued within the scope of the management functions of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of Legal Departments, heads of agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
