PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994, and the Ordinance on Specific Duties and Authorities of People's Councils and People's Committees at Each Level dated June 25, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Rename the Department of Finance and Prices to the Department of Finance under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities.
Article 2. The Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of their respective Departments of Finance.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Minister of Finance, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
