DECISION

ON DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST OFFICIALS

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on tasks, powers and responsibilities for state management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to examination regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and Training under Decision No. 461/QD-TS dated February 11, 1991;

Considering the extent of violation committed by Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem for disclosing exam answers before the final graduation test session 10 at the Finance Accounting High School I, organized from May 25 to June 10, 1994;

Considering the recommendation of the Disciplinary Council of the Ministry of Finance meeting on March 4, 1995,

DECIDES

Article 1: To discipline Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem by removing him from his position as head of the Accounting Department at the Finance Accounting High School I and assigning him to other work.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Principal of the Finance Accounting High School I, the Heads of the Personnel and Training Division, the Financial Management Division, the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Nguyen Van Nhiem are responsible for implementing this Decision.
