Regarding the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quang Binh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994, and the Ordinance on Specific Duties and Authorities of People's Councils and People's Committees at Each Level dated June 25, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department of Foreign Affairs under the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province based on restructuring the External Relations Office and the Border Management Board of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quang Binh Province.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
