OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 209 DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of ministries;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1. Mr. Phạm Mỹ, a law graduate, is appointed as Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense.
Article 2. Mr. Nguyễn Thường, a finance and law graduate, is appointed as Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense.
Article 3. The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law in accordance with its provisions./.
