THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam,
RESOLVES:
To approve the postal and telegraph agreement signed on July 6, 1962 between the General Department of Posts under the Council of Ministers of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Cuba.
