Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinions of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 3832/GTVT-TCKT dated November 26, 1998 and Circular No. 282/GTVT-TCKT dated January 26, 1999),

Article 1: Attached to this Decision is the Table of toll rates for using National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Toll Station km 1453 Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province.
Article 2: The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the tolls for using National Highway 1A at Dien Phu Toll Station shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of road bridge tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the amendment and supplementation of Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the amendment and supplementation of Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from March 15, 1999.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees at Dien Phu Toll Station and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
