DECISION
Regarding the transfer of the Mining Technical College, a member unit
of the Vietnam Coal Corporation to become a directly affiliated unit under the Ministry of Industry
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the opinion of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, assigning the Minister of Industry to take the lead in coordinating with relevant ministries and sectors to direct the restructuring or transfer of member units of the Vietnam Coal Corporation;
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (memorandum No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.
The Mining Technical College, a member unit of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, shall be transferred in its entirety to become a directly affiliated unit under the Ministry of Industry.
The Mining Technical College is a public service entity, having a bank account and seals (including both embossed and reduced-size seals) for transactions and operations in accordance with the law.
Its main office is located at Yên Thọ Commune, Đông Triều District, Quảng Ninh Province.
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation is responsible for directing the transfer of the College in accordance with current state regulations.
Article 3.
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, and the Principal of the Mining Technical College are responsible for implementing this Decision.
