REGARDING THE ISSUE OF STATISTICAL REPORTING REGIMEFOR THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SECTOR

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENTAND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Accounting and Statistics Decree promulgated pursuant to the Decree No. 06/LCT-HĐNN dated May 20, 1988 of the Chairman of the Council of State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
WHEREAS, the Government's Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS, the Decision No. 373/TCTK-PPCĐ dated September 10, 1996 of the General Statistics Office Director on issuing the periodic statistical reporting regime applicable to state-owned corporations;
WHEREAS, the Prime Minister's Directive No. 28/1998/CP-TTg dated August 19, 1998 on strengthening and modernizing statistical work;
TO MEET THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS SERVING MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW PHASE;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANNING AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. NOW, WE ISSUE THE PERIODIC STATISTICAL REPORTING REGIME FOR THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SECTOR APPLICABLE TO STATE-OWNED CORPORATIONS, COMPANIES, FACTORIES, ENTERPRISES, PROJECT MANAGEMENT BOARDS, NATIONAL PARKS, INSTITUTES, RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS, AND SCHOOLS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF THE UNITS MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING COMPLETE AND TIMELY INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED FORMS WITH THIS DECISION.
THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE PLANNING AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS, AND DIRECTORS OF RELATED BUREAUS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING, URGING, AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REPORTING REGIME./.
