DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Regarding the announcement of four foreign companies permitted to operate vaccines and medical biological products in Vietnam,

based on the Government's regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated 11/10/1993 Pursuant to Circular No. 01/BYT-TT dated January 29, 1997, issued by the Minister of Health, guiding the registration procedures for foreign companies permitted to import vaccines and immunological biological products for organizations and companies in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Considering the proposal of the Review Board for vaccine and immunological biological product trading enterprises on

Announcing four foreign companies permitted to register for operating vaccines and medical biological products in Vietnam (as attached list). 16/7/2002; 29/10/2002;

This Decision hereby issues the List of vaccines and medical biological products produced abroad that the Ministry of Health considers for registration for circulation in Vietnam in 2003.

DECISION:

Article 1. Foreign companies permitted to operate vaccines and medical biological products in Vietnam must comply with all regulations on vaccine and medical biological product trading and related laws of Vietnam.

Article 2. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Preventive Medicine Departments - Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Services under the Central Government, and Directors of companies named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and issuance.
