On the basis of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated 19/5/2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
On the basis of the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Standard Measurement Quality Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the following three Vietnamese Standards:
