THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated 04/04/2003 Pursuant to the Government's regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Based on the minutes of session number 118/BB-HĐKHKT dated 25/9/2003 of the Interdepartmental Scientific and Technical Council for the acceptance of the standard 2003 "Vocational Training School - Design Standards";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Architecture Research Institute,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing along with this Decision is one Construction Standard of Vietnam: TCXD VN 60: 2003 "Vocational Training School - Design Standards".
This standard replaces TCXD 60 - 1974 "Vocational Training School - Design Standards" issued in 1974.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Architecture Research Institute, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
