VREGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNS INTO THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL REGULATIONS FOR ROADWAYS 22 TCN 237 - 01
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/ND-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 14/2003/NĐ-CP OF FEBRUARY 19, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ROAD TRAFFIC;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 186/2004/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 5, 2004 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF ROADWAY INFRASTRUCTURE;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSALS OF THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS: THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION;
DECISION:
Article 1. SUPPLEMENT TRAFFIC SIGN NUMBER 140 "PROHIBITED FOR AGRICULTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES" INTO ANNEX 3 (MEANINGS AND USES OF PROHIBITION SIGNS); TRAFFIC SIGNS NUMBERS 510A, 510B, AND 510C INTO ANNEX 7 (MEANINGS AND USES OF AUXILIARY SIGNS) IN THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL REGULATIONS FOR ROADWAYS 22 TCN 237 - 01. DRAWINGS, COLORS, AND SIZES SHALL BE AS SET OUT IN THE ATTACHED ANNEXES.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, LEGAL AFFAIRS, TRANSPORT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE QUALITY CONTROL AND SUPERVISION DEPARTMENT, THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND URBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES; THE HEADS OF THE RELEVANT UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
